Everytable

This company is not to be trusted

I have never seen so many red flags from a company. I tried signing up as a new customer for a regular subscription, and every time I would select a date and time for delivery, I would get an error message that "The selected Delivery date is not available for this location. Please navigate back and pick a different date/time." But they don't tell you what dates and times are available -- you have to select a date and time and hope that it's available. Except they're never available. I tried many, many different dates and times and all were unavailable. If there are days and times that are unavailable, THEY SHOULD NOT BE SELECTABLE. You should only be offering times that are available. Otherwise, the user has to keep going back and selecting different days and times and hoping that they show as available once they check out. Truly the dumbest setup you could possibly have. Since I was unable to set up a subscription online, I went into Everytable's location near my apartment to set it up in person. I opened the door, walked up to the counter, and stood there as the Everytable employee sat a few feet away, playing on his phone. No one else in the store. He never looks up from his phone to acknowledges me, so I left. I contacted Everytable through their website to ask for help to resolve the matter, and they did absolutely nothing to help, just the usual outsourced helpdesk who refused to connect me to anyone in management. Any company that has this much disdain for customers can not and should not be trusted.
