Multiple items were not delivered, no solutions offered
Multiple items were not delivered but still charged. I contacted them right after delivery, and they offered no support to get the items delivered. This was especially troublesome because the whole reason I made the order was because I am sick and needed the missing items to aide this. I asked if they could offer some store credit to cover the delivery fees if I place a new order, and they acted like this was impossible, which I highly doubt. They need to take some accountability and have solutions in place for errors they make, rather than customers suffer the costs and consequences. I highly recommend DoorDash or any other delivery service above InstaCart.
