Shane Lamberson was absolutely amazing
Shane Lamberson was absolutely amazing! He is a true professional and was always there to assist us every step of the way. He answered every phone call, even on weekends and in the evenings, and consistently went above and beyond to help with anything we needed.Shane promised us the best rate on the market and delivered exactly that. Despite other loan officers telling us that Veterans United would not be able to honor the rate they had promised, Shane and his team did exactly that; and they did it with absolute excellence. He made our home-buying experience incredibly pleasant, smooth, and stress-free. We truly appreciate all of his hard work, dedication, and commitment to his clients. We highly recommend Shane Lamberson and Veterans United to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy loan officer!
