TERRIBLE customer service.
TERRIBLE customer service. No order confirmation was received. Customer service was very slow, phone number was not working abroad, once asked for a phone call it never came. Cancelled the order since they had only charged the credit card but not sent any confirmation of order. A week later there was two post parcel notifications to phone, but no info who had sent them. Unfortunately went to pick up first parcel and tried to return it once realising they had sent it regardless of cancellation. There was no information of the sender and since there was no tracking number or confirmation of order the return cost over 30€ and took over an hour of calling to different service numbers to ever return it. Do not order from this site!!!
