I ordered at the end of May
I ordered at the end of May . Received my hair June 6th . I ordered p4/27 the pictures showed online the 27 was bright and lively. The hair I received the 27 was darker then what the picture showed OBVIOUSLY big difference side by side. I then asked for a refund. I took 10 back and forth emails for them to send the information and return label. Offered discounts and trying to get me to keep the hair . After stated I did not want the hair for the 5th time and stating I would just dispute with my bank they finally sent the return label on July 2nd . I would not order from them again simply because when I ask for a refund you’re not going to make me keep something I do not want. And also as I told them . It was false advertising. They stated the hair looked brighter due to light and photographic exposure.
