I would give it NEGATIVE 5 stars. they send the item without all parts and it is just a run around to get them to send the needed part, which is a simple key. They COULD do this if they were a responsible company with customer service but apparently they are not. All I can say is DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.
