Placed an order for 26 inch clip ins.. my ordered was confirmed and payment went through successfully. Noticed my order hadn’t been shipped after a month, so I message customer service asking what the issue was and they said they had to go through extra validation even though my payment went through… so I send them my ID and payment conformation and they said since my ID didn’t match the address they were suppose to send the product to they refunded my order.. I just moved a month ago so I haven’t changed my ID yet. Glad they at least refunded me but that’s bullshit. Never had to validate myself over hair extensions especially when my payment successfully went through lol.
