Fast service and shipping was super fast also. Appreciate that they tucked in a surprise for the human too in my box. I will return for future orders.

Your customer service is good but shipping extrodinarily expensive
Your customer service is good but I paid $49.50 for a pack of flat ribbons. And the shipping was $50. For a pack of 50 flat ribbons (2 inches long), that seems excessive.
