The customer service was great in getting my items delivered. Sadly the delivery took 4 weeks and the products were not what was shown in the advertisements. The detail of the product described the items as between 2 feet and 2.5 feet tall. They were barely 12 inches tall and instead of being a yard ornament, they were pot plant ornaments. Very disappointing. Items were ordered on May, 20, 2026 and one was received on July 1 and the other delivered on July 6, 2026. The time it took to receive the items was unacceptable. The Customer Service Rep gave me a refund of 5% on the order.
