They do not care about the customer. I had a horrible experience with two of their mobile 8 series back to back with the exact same issue of it not tracking my dog on a walk. I own a dog business and i need it to record my walks and stuff but at the slightest speed change that the dog its tracking makes, it completely looses the dog and WE ARE WALKING not running nor sprinting.
