This company uses their wallet as excuse to scam people out of their money. My top up failed and i contacted them to refund it back to my original payment method instead they banned my account and said they cant help me and that i “should have a good life”. Im still trying to get my money from them and if they still refuse I will file a lawsuit against this scamming company.
I purchased the Strike Pass Premium in BloodStrike through them. It was supposed to give me 1200 gold, but I only received 900 gold. They shorted me by 300 gold. I contacted their customer support right away. Their responses were slow, useless, and shady telling me that the order was successfully shipped and I had to keep telling them that it was less that what I should’ve gotten and they tried to push a suspicious WhatsApp link on me claiming it needs further investigation and I asked if I wasn’t already talking to customer service already and I ended up just giving my WhatsApp number instead and I still haven’t received an update or nothing. I even contacted them a second time and this person kept asking for a moment and I waited and waited till I fell asleep. This is a scam. They take your money and deliver less than what you paid for, then waste your time with terrible support. I will never purchase from TOPUP Live again and I recommend everyone else stays far away. Buy directly in the game instead. This isn’t the first time I’ve topped up gold with them and don’t get it btw. 8.69 dollars for 900 golds?
