I have been extremely impressed with Longer's customer support throughout my experience. I contacted them regarding a positioning issue with my Nano Pro laser engraver. Although the issue has not yet been fully resolved, their support team has been outstanding from start to finish. Every email has received a prompt and helpful reply, my case was quickly escalated to their R&D team, and they have taken the time to review videos, photos, measurements and detailed testing that I have provided. Rather than dismissing the issue, they have worked with me step by step to investigate the cause and have continued providing updates and guidance throughout the process. It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely listens to its customers and communicates so well. I appreciate the professionalism, patience and technical support they have shown, and I'm confident we'll reach a solution together.
