This is a scam .Machine is a piece of junk . We placed order 8months ago still stuck with them . No one is responding to your emails ,phones or chats. After placing order machine not arrived for more than 4months then I wanted to cancel. Finally they send the machine. It’s not making roti properly my kids were getting sick. They agreed to return. They emailed us with the fake and invalid return label and made up time for pickup. They made me to stay home for the whole day no one turned up. Then o find out from the star track they mentioned the details in email . They said the label is invalid. We have no lodgement or pick up arranged for this label. We r still stuck with the machine no one turned up to pick up . They asking us to wait for the logistics team to contact you directly in a month time . Now on 3rd of July they asked us another 4weeks to wait for a logistics team to get back to us . Which is going to be complete on 31st of July . No one reached out to us . Couple of days they send another email it can take 3 to 4 weeks . How can you estimate time, they can take years to pick up the trash and we just keep waiting for our refund . Never ever buy this trash. It’s only a stress buying from them. Thanks
