Very disappointing
Very disappointing, stone fell out, no help offered. Purchased a ring with 3 stones which arrived around February, a beautiful keepsake piece for my baby with our birthstones. Wore it just on occasion so very light wear when going out, never showered with it or wore swimming or cleaning or anything like that. A stone fell out in June which I happened to see on the floor in the sunlight. Emailed back and forth for a while but I was repeatedly told that stones falling out is “expected wear and tear” and all I was offered was a 20% discount code for future purchases. Extremely disappointed, especially since they say they have a 12 month warranty. How a jewellery company considers a stone falling out after less than 6 months of light wear “normal” and “expected” is ridiculous to me. Looking at this review page now I’m seeing other people say they had stones fall out. I was happy to send it back for review and/or repair but that wasn’t even considered. I’d think twice before purchasing a $250 ring with a lifespan of 6 months.
