Bad experience with hotel booking
Traveloka gave the lowest price for a room type among several platforms for a hotel booking. We booked it and at check-in we were told it was for another room type and we were told to pay more if we wanted the room type we booked on Traveloka. Hotel did not receive the exact room type info from Traveloka. Traveloka acknowledged the issue but could not resolve. I asked around and was told this happened several times. It seems Traveloka lowered their price to scam the customer to book through them, then customer will be at a situation to settle the extra payment at check in.
