I participated in the training process for Credit Wellness LLC and decided not to continue after observing practices that made me uncomfortable. During the training, I felt there was an emphasis on avoiding clear disclosure of the company's identity during customer interactions, and I was concerned about how payment information was expected to be collected and presented. Based on my experience, these practices did not align with the level of transparency I believe customers deserve. This is my personal opinion based on what I observed during training. I encourage anyone considering doing business with this company to ask detailed questions, request all terms and fees in writing, verify exactly who they are dealing with, and avoid providing payment information until they fully understand the service being offered.
