We have rented from Swimply several times over the last couple of years. Every time the pools and hosts were wonderful, except one. Last week we rented a pool. When we arrived, it was green and cloudy. We took pictures and left immediately. We contacted the host and Swimply. Both refused to refund our money for a pool that was unsafe to swim in. If you’re going to rent from them, be willing to lose your money, because the customer service team is terrible. They will not do anything to help you, even with proof of a disgusting pool.
