Traveloka did not tell me my flight was cancelled
Traveloka did not tell me my flight was cancelled. I only found out when I arrived at the airport. Staff at the airport showed me that the airline had notified Traveloka in a timely manner. Traveloka staff lied to me and blamed the airline. Traveloka did not offer a refund until hours after the flight was intended to depart. Traveloka staff refused to assist with emergency accomodation caused by this screw up. Terrible experience, left two hundred dollars in debt, have been unable to get home, and have been repeatedly lied to. UNTRUSTWORTHY BOOKING SERVICE.
