I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company. I only wanted to try the service. I believed I was signing up for a trial or, at most, a one-month subscription. Instead, I was unexpectedly charged more than $200 for an annual plan that I never intended to purchase. I contacted customer support immediately on the same day. I had used the service for only about two minutes with a small sample. The results were disappointing—my text was still detected as over 50% AI-generated by GPTZero, so the service did not deliver what I expected. On top of that, the website was buggy and I even had trouble accessing my account. I had to spend days sending emails just to obtain a fair solution. Although support eventually agreed to refund most of the payment while keeping one month’s fee, I am still waiting for the refund to be completed. This whole experience has been incredibly stressful and frustrating. The checkout process was confusing, the service did not meet my expectations, and resolving the issue has taken far too much time. To me, this experience felt like a scam. I cannot recommend this service based on what happened to me. I strongly encourage anyone considering a subscription to read the pricing carefully and make sure they fully understand what they are agreeing to before entering their payment details.
