My delivery of cat food was made ahead of the day I thought it would so I wasn't expecting it the day it came. I was gone all day, it rained, and it was nighttime when I got home. I did not notice the box on my front porch until the next day. The box was wet and a outdoor animal, or a wild animal such as a raccoon or opossum chewed open the wet box and got to the bag. It wasn't completely torn open which is a testament to the strength of the bag, but had many torn areas where you could tell that it was animal teeth. You could see the food from the puncture marks. I wasn't comfortable giving it to my cats, not knowing what it had been exposed to. I called Abundant Life and they immediately said they would replace the order at no charge. This was beyond expected because I had left the box out overnight and only called because I was going to be out of cat food in a few days and needed to order more. The replacement came quickly. Abundant Life is a great company.
