Super-fast shipping and nice product. The shirts came after the transfers, but it all came in a very reasonable timeframe and for a reasonable price. On the flip side, the vendor sends a LOT of extra emails and offers support that they just don't provide. Instructions for applying the transfers are pretty basic (kudos for trying to streamline) and could use more detail. Overall, they provided both a large variety of shirt options and an easy-to-use gang sheet creation tool. Where they missed the mark was customer service, over-promising support that they simply didn't provide...then flooding your inbox with more empty support promises.
