I called to cancel my service I got hunh up on twice after waiting for at least 1/2 hour, then finally got someone and just wouldn't listen to me at all kept rambling on and on how much I would be losing out and can reduce my bill, I just did not want anymore. I waiting until my contract was completely up so there aren't any extra fee's after cancelling and she said you will get last bill in 30 days and hung up on me didn't even let me ask a question. So unprofessional and would never use them again. They refuse to want you to cancel. No wonder they have such bad reviews.
