Overall amazing service and communication
Overall amazing communication - I had pre-ordered a large set of items that were each set to release later in the year, and they were kind enough to ship each small batch of items as they were released, rather than waiting until all were released and sending them all at the end, which was really nice. Tracking numbers were provided with all parcels sent, as were small gifts, which were sweet, and order updates for each parcel were additionally sent in real-time. Teyvat Tavern was one of the few places that sold the entire set of items I was looking for at a reasonable price. Overall, very happy with their service. All products additionally came in perfect condition.
