No refund money down the drain
Terribleeeeeee When I first heard about this program, I was extremely excited for my child. Something came up and we had to cancel a month before the actual camp started. I wasn't able to get my refund. I was told it can be used for another camp selection. PGC not able to provide people their refunds are insane. I didn't know about paying the extra fee in case of a refund. Again, I was so excited and just paid for my daughter to start. I called asking to speak to someone in leadership hoping someone will find it good grace and process the refund... NOPE all that money down the drain. I don't want to use it for anything moving forward No Thanks I'll pass. If you're a hard-working parent and looking for extra training for your child and not really sure, keep strolling.
