Logging in was tedious
Logging in was tedious. Had trouble getting my payment accepted. Had to start all over. Payment was accepted quickly the second time. Also, had touble printing the certificate. Had I known that it would be e-mailed to me, it would have been simple. Customer service was quick to reply on Chat.
