Insensitive and disrespectful
I ordered a suncatcher of my dog that passed away a few weeks back. The order came with the frame off centre. I contacted customer services who gave me a few sentences to make changes to the item that should of arrived correct. In attempting to follow the instructions the clasp broke. They are now telling me that it is my fault and the item came correctly assembled. They have completely disrespected me and my dog and I am actually furious. Something that was meant to be in remembrance is completely worthless now.
