Horrendous return battle
Secret lab have never let me down in the past with multiple items bought. However when it comes to a return of an unsatisfactory item I have never known a company to drag their heels and make the returns process a complete nightmare. A Titan chair was returned for a refund and it took them over a month with back and forth emails daily to find a resolution for something that was initiated within the 14 day so called quick return guarantee.
