Careful here before engaging
Careful here before engaging. Clever front end sales model with design needs and shipping product to you, seamlessly - it falls apart as soon as you need assistance if you’re outside the Michigan area. This was not disclosed on the front end and now I’m left with a lackluster product. Designed a beautiful outdoor space that now has minimal to no flame because their product is lacking. Email exchanges are what you’re reduced to, and you’ll find no signature on those emails as no one stands behind the support needed. How unfortunate. Connect with a local resource and local business first before engaging this online entity.
