999 florist performed a service beyond…
999 florist performed a service beyond my expectations. I ordered a bouquet late in the evening and by the morning in Ireland they informed me it had been delivered to the recipient in Shanghai. Not only that, but they sent me a photograph of the bouquet, with extra flowers added gratis, together with the printed greeting… and later informed me that because the recipient had been out at the time it was delivered, when received by a family member, they followed up with a call to gain absolute certainty that they in fact had received the flowers and so could in turn positively confirm to me that they had… couldn’t be better. Thank you 999 florist.
