My order sat for 16 days before I reached out. They had not shipped it.
My order sat for 16 days before I reached out, they had not even shipped it yet.... no clear communication or proactive updates. They then quickly reactively shipped it from China. Still not here... no refund on shipping, just deal with it. No meaningful resolution. Yikes guys
