Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service: the wait time as very long, the agent was distracted, extreme noise in the background. I had to repeat my request 3 times, I had to explain what I needed several times. This is my 3rd phone call with the same results. The legacy apps do not have any more adequate technical support. The new app does not work well with legacy systems . I am canceling my contract.
