Product Did Not Match the Website and Return Request Was Ignored
I cannot recommend purchasing from this website. The earphones I received did not match the product shown on the official website. They had a different color and a completely different design from what was advertised. The company later admitted that the images on their website were incorrect. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. The earphones also had technical defects, including an imbalance between the left and right channels and background hissing. After almost two weeks of emails, providing photos, videos, and carrying out multiple tests requested by customer support, I asked to return the product and receive a refund. Since then, my requests regarding the return have gone unanswered. As a customer, I expected to receive the product that was advertised and in proper working condition—not to spend weeks troubleshooting and trying to return a product that did not match the description. Based on my experience, I would advise potential buyers to be cautious before ordering from this website.
