SCAM - Sold me an ALREADY REDEEMED code and refused immediate refund (Order P88680367)
I purchased a digital voucher from SEAGM (Order P88680367), but the code they delivered was completely INVALID. When I tried to redeem it, the system immediately showed that the code had already been redeemed by someone else. My account balance remains at 0. Essentially, SEAGM sold me a used, defective product. When I contacted their live chat support (agents She and Rachael), they refused to issue an immediate refund and forced me to wait 1-5 days for an "investigation" under Ticket #56646. This is unacceptable. They took my money but delivered a used card. I have already filed a formal complaint with the Malaysian Consumer Protection Agency (KPDN) and initiated a chargeback with my bank. Avoid this platform! Process my refund immediately!
