The platform is very difficult to use and often doesn't understand prompts, even when they're reworded in multiple different ways. The results are inconsistent and hit-or-miss, which made it frustrating to work with. I also wasn't aware that I was signing up for an annual contract with no option to cancel early. As a result, I'm now paying monthly for the next year for a product I'm unhappy with and won't be using. Unfortunately, my experience with customer support was also disappointing. They were unwilling to accommodate my situation or offer any flexibility. Overall, I would not recommend this product and would not use it again.
