Smooth and transparent first gold purchase
Bought physical gold bars from BullionStar for the first time and the whole process was straightforward. The website made it easy to check live prices and place my order, and pricing was clearly laid out with no hidden surprises. Collection at their showroom was quick and the staff took time to explain the product and storage options without being pushy. Only minor point is that response times for email queries could be a bit faster during busier periods. Overall a trustworthy, professional experience — would buy from them again.
