I opened an ad within Instagram for excessive dog itching. I assumed since the ad was about itching the supplement would be fir itching. Apparently I mistakenly ordered their hip and joint supplement unknowingly. Customer support won't honor a switch in product... onky an apology. Apologies don't refund money or give the proper product. Do better! Make sure videos for ads are very clear on the product being purchased!! Shame on them!
