Delta Mechanical is a horrible sub contractor looking to take advantage of Home Depot customers. Technician was very friendly but the company he works for is very expensive and ridiculous in their pricing for flange repair. I was charged for replacing a flange on two toilets he was already replacing the toilets. So with toilets already out the repair took about 15 minutes and the part is about $10 . His company charged $350 dollars for this job. They were already charging $620 labor to replace 2 toilets. That’s $970 for 2 hours work. He and Delta Mechanical would not listen, this part fails on most toilets so I’m sure it is common practice for Delta Mechanical to pull this price gouge on most toilet installation. “caveat emptor”
