Avoid - substandard goods from China
The bras I received were shipped from China which I hadn't realised would be the case before ordering. The quality was far below what I had expected from the website description and the fit was very poor. I applied for a refund and was offered just 3GBP when I'd spent nearly 40GBP on the order. I was then offered a 5GBP as "International return shipping can be costly and time-consuming, which we sincerely wish to help you avoid". Still waiting for a further response to my refusal to accept this offer. Avoid this company at all costs as they sell substandard goods and as the goods are shipped from China they do everything possible to get away with not honouring their refund policy.
