Awesome customer care experience.
This is one of the best customer care experiences I've encountered. After ordering online, I realized that I had made an error in the address, shipping to my previous address from 3 years ago - which was still hanging in my profile (now deleted). I've notified the support team and they immediately arranged for the package to be re-shipped to my correct address, everything worked flawlessly. Kudos to the entire support team! As for the product, SparkFun did a great job taking over Teensy distribution, it is such an awesome product.
