Product and refund discrepancy
I was really excited to order from QVR because the brand is heavily advertised by many natural hair influencers, and I had high hopes for the quality. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The hair I received did not resemble the product shown on the website. The texture was noticeably different from what was advertised, making it unusable for my microloc appointment. I even compared the advertised photos with the product I received and asked several experienced natural hair wearers for their opinions. Everyone agreed the textures did not appear to match. The most frustrating part was the customer service. I contacted the company immediately, provided photos, and explained the issue. Instead of addressing my concern that the product did not match the listing, I repeatedly received responses stating they did not send the wrong item. I requested return instructions multiple times and was not given a return address or clear explanation of the return process. The communication took days, felt repetitive, and did not answer my questions directly. I understand that businesses have return policies, and I was even willing to pay the return shipping fee. My issue was simply trying to obtain the information needed to return the item. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company. I hope they improve both the accuracy of their product listings and their customer service process.
