Resolved issue so quickly!
I had a small issue with an order placed for my husband's birthday. I logged on to the website and used the chat feature which directed me with specific instructions on how to handle this issue and who to email. I emailed customer support and my issue was handled so quickly. I appreciate their promptness and their handling of issues. This has made me a lifetime customer!
