Whatever you do, do not trust Home Depot / Character Door / RFInstallations for your door needs. They are not trustworthy and will lie to cover their own butts to get past the warranty period just to leave you high and dry with bad installations and having to pay for your own repairs. The people they to trouble shoot concerns really have no experience in what to look for. They misrepresent the findings in order to not pay for damages to personal property they caused. STAY AWAY ESPECIALLY IF IN TENNESSEE
