Amazing Customer Relations!
Promo Direct is an amazing company for fulfilling your promotional needs! Diana has been our Account Rep for the several years that we have been ordering through PD, and she is absolutely amazing! She responds quick, gets us the answers we need, and sorts out any issues that may arise, which are extremely rare and typically at no fault of PD. We couldn't ask for a better person to manage our orders, and she keeps us coming back for more!
