Low quality product, inaccurate refund policy
Ordered a dress that was low quality and not to expectation. Emailed service who offered partial refunds, but I wanted a full refund. Sent the dress back, went through customs and then was returned back to me with no refund and snarky remarks from customer service. BEWARE low quality products with no returns available.
