The Pills & Doctor Are Useless

It’s basically $300/month. I signed up and you immediately have to give credit card information and the doctor introduces themself after. However, there was never a phone call, video chat or explanation of how the medication works prior to payment. I didn’t fully understand how the medication works. It’s appetite suppression and constipation essentially. It stops the food from getting digested and moving through your bowels so quickly so you’re fuller longer but also a bit more bloated and pooping less. I asked well what if I already don’t eat much? They proceeded with the order and charging me anyway. I feel like I didn’t get the opportunity to ask questions sufficiently to find out if this was right for me. I started on the 6mg tablet and got down about 5lbs over the first month. But it’s very normal to fluctuate about 4lbs and you might weigh a little more considering hot much poo is backed up inside you so I normally try to weigh myself in the morning, naked, after a poo. I was fluctuating about 3lbs and interested to see what increased progress could be made with the 6mg pill. Because of an odd system payment delay where they deleted my banking info and it had to be re-input, I did not receive my 2nd batch of medication immediately after my 1st ended. I ended up being on vacation for nearly a week without it. It’s now been a couple weeks of taking the 12mg however and I’m very surprised at how much I don’t feel full. I was very noticeably full with the 6mg although it would wear off in the evening to the point I took an additional pill a couple times to thwart late night cravings. I weirdly feel no craving control with the 12mg and contacted the doctor to let him know I wasn’t sure if it’s because of the slightly larger size of it wasn’t dissolving the same as the 6mg or if I got a bad batch. He simply said there are no refunds and that he would be pausing my account. This is now the second time where they’ve paused my account while I ask them completely reasonable questions. I’ve fluctuated back up and my weight is now only 2lbs less than where I started. $600 for nothing and they act like they have no money back guarantee. I asked if I could exchange my 12mg tablets for the equivalent number of 6mg tablets. i.e. if I have (14) 12mg pills I’d like to see if (28) 6mg pills is more effective. The doctor was useless and said this would be a new $600 order and keeps copy-pasting the same generic information out semaglutides vs the tetri-whatever other thing. I’m not going to switch to injectables or a different medication. That’s stupid. Either the product you sell works or don’t sell it. Who’s to know if this doctor is even legit or located in the United States? Where are the credentials? I’m super disappointed.
