Surprisingly good customer service & mattress quality
I was so surprised with how good my experience with this company was. The first mattress I ordered was too firm for my preferences and they were so easy to communicate with and quickly sent me a softer mattress. (Do note that I think customer service is probably located outside of the U.S. because they won’t reply during U.S. daytime hours. They were always prompt at replying each day though). FedEx lost the second mattress in the mail and I was stressed out. I reached out and Ego immediately shipped another mattress that thankfully did arrive (and within only 2 days!). The new mattress is perfect for me (Black Hybrid 14” Medium Firm) and I will be recommending Ego to my friends and family for sure.
