Order Processed Quickly, Still Waiting Weeks Later
I placed my order on 24 June and, as of today (17 July), I am still waiting for delivery. The order itself was processed quickly and dispatched promptly by Jevi, so the delay does not appear to be on their end. Unfortunately, the delivery experience with iMile has been extremely slow and frustrating, with limited updates throughout the process. After waiting more than three weeks, I would strongly recommend reviewing your delivery partnership and considering alternative courier providers, as the poor delivery service has significantly impacted my overall experience.
