Speedy Cash on Baseline and Dobson has…
Speedy Cash on Baseline and Dobson has been amazing! Anytime I have gone into this local store everyone has been very friendly and helpful. On the phone they are equally as great at this location. Today, especially, Carlos was exceptionally patient and helpful and friendly as usual. (I did NOT appreciate the unprofessional, rude service I received from the 800# customer service lady) I was particularly grateful for Carlos' willingness to explain the process when I needed to temporarily adjust something on my account. Because of him at the Dobson and Baseline location, I can get my kids their school supplies and keep gas in my car to get them to school and me to work without the added stress looming over my head the other lady caused. He was really awesome!
