I had a really disappointing experience at the KFC Amherst drive thru. I waited much longer than expected, and no one seemed to care that the line wasn't moving. When I finally got to the window, the staff seemed rushed and didn't take the time to listen. The whole visit felt disorganized, and the customer service was easily the worst part.
