Terrible customer service
Desk is great. Customer service is the worst i have ever had to deal with. Was gaslit and ignored after one of my parcels didnt arrive. Even after providing proof from Auspost and my front door camera. It took 3 weeks and threats to the ACCC for them to do anything.
